NIKE AF1 PREMIUM QUICKSTRIKE “YEAR OF THE DRAGON”:

There are still some sizes available in this beauty of a shoe. The ceremonial Chinese lion/dragon dance body is the inspiration for the shoe with its ultra vibrant blue and red colorway. The dragon motif is continued with the pseudo scales on the side panels. The gold check provides a strong contrast across the red scales. The woven tongue is like the colorful dragons’ bodies. There is also a leather midsole to add to the premium element of this shoe.

This “Digi Camo” model is yet another exceptional AF1 Quickstrike offering. Parts of the debossed digi camo pattern are reflective 3M, which makes it look super craze when you’re walking. BLACK SCALE – SUMMER ’12 ARRIVALS:

I bought this nylon Black Scale jacket the minute we put it out on the floor. That’s how bad I had to have it. The thirst was real in this case, people. The styling on this jacket is dope. I always feel like a lot Black Scale’s cut and sew could stand as pieces from high end menswear lines you might find at Bergdorfs and not necessarily on the shelf at KICKS/HI, but IT IS here at KICKS/HI and we are proud to support our friends that create quality products.

These tank tops are custom engineered bodies with constructed panels. Super clean color blocking utilizing geometric patterns. A fresh take on the traditional tank top. Damn, I am low key selling myself on these pieces. Laughing out loud.

ROCKWELL by PARRA – SUMMER ’12 ARRIVALS:

Our buddy PARRA is finally back with a brand new Rockwell line for summer. This brand is one of the most original out because of Parra’s signature color palette and graphic style. There is no denying a Parra work of art – in an art gallery or on our shelves. Here is a new throw pillow from the Rockwell summer ’12 collection.

Rockwell pinset. Kind of like Dipset, but not really.

Velcro wallet. Same pattern as the throw pillow for continuity.

This “WELL” pullover sweatshirt is extremely well made. We are talking highest quality stuff. Great cut too – not too long or wide.

I need all of these tees like yesterday… especially that “ZAP” wizard tee because it makes me giggle.

It is safe to say that I will be purchasing every Rockwell piece pictured on the strength of it being completely rad like looking at my face in broad daylight.
