NIKE QUICKSTRIKE – AIR YEEZY II (WEST COAST COLORWAY) / SATURDAY (6/9) RELEASE:

The wait is finally over. Early morning Fed Ex delivery means we can finally announce release details. As you might gather, this is very limited edition product; therefore, we only have whatever pairs we have on hand for purchase this Saturday (6/9) at 1100A. First come, first served. One Air Yeezy II per customer. No holds. No discounts. There is already a line-up outside the shop, which began yesterday due to pure speculation of the part of the kids who decided to wait (as we had yet to receive our shipment at that time). In a perfect world, we would have hundreds of pairs of this shoe so that everyone can get theirs and be happy, but alas, we only have a little more than a size run available and that looks like it won’t even be enough to meet the demand of the growing line-up. Either way, we open our doors at 1100A.

Cool dust bag with the same shoe laces and lace caps on the Yeezy II as the drawstring. The emblem on the bag is the same as on the tongue.

As far as brand new silhouettes go, I very much fancy this shoe. I gave up any hope of getting a pair for myself so I just took a grip of pictures, which I guess will have to suffice. This colorway bangs out harder to me than the black joints. My only problem is with those lace caps, which are great looking, but they are dumb heavy and will clank around a lot whilst you’re ridin’ around and gettin’ it. Other than that, the “Mercy” video is amazing and Kanye rules the universe once again.

NIKE BASKETBALL – LEBRON 9 LOW “HORNETS” / SATURDAY (6/9) RELEASE:

If the Heat lose today’s game, then this release will be kind of lackluster come Saturday (6/9) haha, but playoffs aside, the Hornets colorway always piques my attention. That blue and purple just pop off so perfectly. We will have a size run available this Saturday (6/9) at 1100A, and then take phone orders on the remaining pairs, if any, beginning Monday (6/11): 808.941.9191.

NIKE SB JUNE ’12 QUICKSTRIKE – JANOSKI “STAINS” / SATURDAY (6/9) RELEASE:

At first, I thought this Janoski quickstrike was in honor of The Do-Over – complete with spilled Sangria stains. Word to Strong, Thrillski & Aloe. Get yours this Saturday (6/9) at 1100A.

VANS – VAN DOREN COLLECTION:

More greatness from the Van Doren collection: an Era & SK8-Hi in aloha print on canvas upper. This brown/tan/yellow colorway will look awesome with any color wash of denim or any color shorts.

I haven’t bought a slip-on in ages. That trend is about to end today when I pick up this festive Van Doren collection parakeet and palm patterned jumpoff. So good.

And then, there is Van Doren collection Era…I guess I’m picking up two pairs of Vans today…wait, by “two pairs” I meant “four pairs” because I need those aloha print Era & SK8-Hi’s too…

Tank tops have become the new t-shirt. Huh? But yes, tank tops are so necessary this summer/year.

3/4 sleeve baseball tees have become the new tank top. That fast? LOL ok, maybe not, but the 3/4 sleeve tee is up there with tank tops as must haves this year.
