|x| What’s good, fam! How excited are y’all about the Olympics?! I need to make it a point to actually go and partake in the festivities. Its one thing to rep your favorite sports team, but to rep for your country…that is a whole other level of pride, folks. I am especially pumped on all the throwback USA Basketball graphics coming out now (i.e. Nike, Supreme, etc.). Of course the 1992 vs 2012 Dream Team comparisons had to spring up, but that only makes for overall interest to spike immensely once the games begin. The only real question left is: HOW MANY BLOCKED SHOTS WILL ANTHONY DAVIS’S UNIBROW GET? O/U?

PUSH YA LIGHTERS UP! We have been asked numerous times to make BIC lighters and we FINALLY found the proper source to do so; hence, black or white official BIC lighters now available at KICKS/HI. By no means, does carrying lighters mean that we promote any type of smoking action. To each, their own.

NIKE HUARACHE FREE:

Brand new Huarache Free colorway, but this time with a twist: neoprene, mesh and pebbled leather upper. PEBBLED LEATHER! Fam, this shoe is outstanding! I would like to see a Huarache on a Lunar sole, myself, but the Free sole is nothing to sneeze at. Now if only Nike could design a plastic that won’t break so the heel piece could stay intact and I could luh this shoe forever…

NIKE SB – LATEST ARRIVALS:

Team Edition.

Camo Dunk Hi. The muted, dark-tonal camo with the black, rough suede upper is so vicious! It is driving to the point of buying Dunk Hi’s again, which is saying A LOT.

I feel like Flying Coffin’s goal was to own my summer wardrobe. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. The tank top offering alone is staggeringly good. This particular tank top is a custom Flying Coffin cut n sew offering made of preimum jersey material.

All-over skull dot pattern tank tops. GIMMIE ALL THREE! HAT TRICK!

“Big Logo” with the galaxy fill in t-shirt or tank top…OR BOTH! AT THE SAME DAMB TIME!

“Classic Logo Snake” in either t-shirt or tank top. I HATE SNAKES…BUT NOT IN THIS GRAPHIC!

“Shock Trooper” featuring a dope floral pattern fill. For some reason this reminds of one of my all-time favorite REAL skate tees with the classic sans serif REAL logo that had a daisy photoprint fill. I wore that shirt TO DEATH. I had to retire it when I noticed it was the consistency of tracing paper…

Yes, the black “Subversion” tee with what looks like glow-in-the-dark print GLOWS IN THE DARK. Also available in tank top.

“Snake Stripe” t-shirt features a wrap around, ftont and back, chest design. Let me reiterate: I HATE SNAKES!

This “Dream Catcher” raglan might be my favorite design of this entire season, but that’s like saying Masta Killa is my favorite member of Wu-Tang. HOW CAN YOU JUST PICK ONE FAVORITE FROM A COLLECTIVE OF ALL-FAVORITES?!

Flying Coffin’s inaugural backpack, and its a beauty. MADE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (a claim that is unfortunately hardly made these days). Features include the necessary padded/chest snap closure straps, velcro closure laptop sleeve, 2 side accessory pockets, big top loading, zippered front pocket, all leather pulls on YKK zippers, pebbled leather bottom, and a genius pentagram design, reflective bungee cord with cinch. All-in-all a piece that anyone would be proud to hang their hat on. Salud.

Just in time for laying out on the beach…or in a park/at the lake – if you’re landlocked. Parra does his thing (again) with that distinctive color palette. So fresh. PUBLISH BRAND – SUMMER ’12 SHORTS RE-UP:

Fresh out of selling out of our Publish Brand x KICKS/HI 5-panel AND snapback caps in less than 30 minutes…we had sold almost all of our Publish Brand shorts, which meant it was time to make a call to the re-up gang. Limited sizes are available right now, but I promise you they will not last long! Publish Brand is easily one of the strongest clothing brands we stock in the shop. How can you NOT love Hall of Fame? Tongue-in-cheek sports references, pop-culture reference flips, fresh cap designs, and a crew of really good peeps.
